FW CFII/MEI Flight Instructor

Snohomish Flying Service has an immediate opening for a FW CFII/MEI Flight Instructor for our busy and long established FAR 141 approved flight school. We are located in the beautiful Pacific Northwest and San Juan Island region. We are close to all of the amenities of Seattle and the home of Boeing Aircraft.

Duties include but are not limited to:

Oversee and participate in the provision of flight, simulator and ground instruction in accordance with FAA Part 141/61 and Snohomish Flying Service Training Course Outline. Oversee and participate in student schedules and maintain student records, ensure lesson objectives and completion standards are met by each student. We also provide professional pilot training to International students.



Requirements:
Professional appearance, attitude and adhering to a schedule required.
Excellent record keeping skills, effective communicator is a must.

A&P Mechanic

A&P Mechanic with preferred two years GA experience or A&P Mechanic with Inspection Authorization and minimum 5 years experience needed for full time permanent employment for a busy fixed wing and rotorcraft maintenance facility located at Harvey Field in Snohomish, WA. Shop performs maintenance and repairs on piston singles, light piston twins, Grand Caravan and helicopters (Schweizer 269C & MD 369 D, & E); your resume should reflect experience with these aircraft. This facility provides maintenance for its own Part 141 flight school and Part 135 operations in addition to many privately owned based aircraft. Excellent pay and benefits (medical, dental, life retirement).



Requirements:
Two years GA experience for A&P, 5 years required for IA. Benefits upon satisfactory completion of the probationary period applicable to all full time new hire employees.

Aircraft Refueler - Part-Time

We are currently looking for part time Aircraft Refuelers to work our flight line. The right candidate needs to work well in a team environment, have a positive attitude, have the ability to multi-task, be detail oriented and strive to deliver exceptional customer service in every customer interaction, consistent with our core values of trust, professionalism and personal connection. This is a great opportunity to work in a fun and challenging outdoor setting and to learn more about the aviation world!

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Must be able to drive manual transmission
Must be at least 18 years old
Must have valid WA State Driver License & good driving record
Must have reliable transportation
Must pass pre-employment and random drug and alcohol test

JOB TASKS/RESPONSIBILITIES: (not limited to)
Maintain fuel level and cleanliness of school aircraft
Fuel truck operation & fueling services for airport tenants
Aircraft washing, transportation & parking services
Maintain accurate fuel inventory control & inspection records
Miscellaneous tasks as needed (errands, shop clean up, etc.)

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
We are open for business 7 days a week (Dawn-Dusk, with the earliest shift beginning at 7am and latest shift ending at 8pm in the Summer months)
Must be able to work variable shifts week to week
Flexibility is key
Refueler job training provided to the right individual

STARTING WAGE:
$13.00 - $15.00 per hour
