Aircraft Rentals
The school's fleet of 16 aircraft are available for rental. An initial check-out for each type of airc\raft to be flown is necessary.

Initial Checkout
A minimum one (1) hour of flight and one half (.5) hour of ground instruction covering open book exams on airspace regulations and aircraft performance. A SEPARATE checkout is required for each aircraft type flown, night and/or IFR operations.
All Day/Overnight Rentals
All Day/Overnight Rental of aircraft is allowed with a night check-out and the following minimum flight time requirements:
- 4 hours per day - Monday through Thursday
- 5 hours per day - Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
Fuel enroute is reimbursed to renter at the published self-serve price per gallon at Harvey Field.
Insurance Requirements
Snohomish Flying Service carries a liability insurance policy. This liability insurance policy does not provide coverage or benefits to renters of our airplanes. You are advised to contact your insurance agent, the A.O.P.A. or Avemco regarding your needs or requirements for a personal, non-owner, aircraft liability and/or hull policy.
A policy can be obtained at a reasonable price and this type of policy, if purchased by you in your name would then afford you liability protection and/or hull coverage on any rental airplane from our company or any other airplane you rent.
