Snohomish Flying Service meets all of the requirements under FAR Part 141 regulations for flight schools, including privileges, aircraft requirements, limitations, flight instruction, ground training, quality of instruction, chief pilot responsibilities, maintenance of personnel, facilities and equipment, enrollment, graduation certificate, training records, and periodic audits from the FAA.
